About Us
Our family, the Stax Family, has owned and operated restaurants in
Greenville since 1969. The Stathakis Family has been in the upstate
serving you since the 1930s when our grandfather and great-grandfather
opened a restaurant in Greenwood, SC.
Recently we sold our
interests in the Peppermill, Omega and catering along with Stax Bakery.
Now our family is back together and is inviting all of you who have been
our loyal customers over the years to join us at our new location -Stax
Grill- for lunch, dinner and Sunday lunch.
We cater to
corporate as well as family dining and now offer a complete line of
catering for all of your professional and personal needs.
